Curl PEI offers Level One and Level Two Umpire Certification programs on a regular basis.
These courses are not only to develop umpires but also to help curlers become more knowledgeable about the officiating system and the rules of the game.

Level One
Game Observer, Time Keeper, and Hogline Officiating
Level Two
Provincial/Territorial Supervising Official
Level Three
Provincial/Territorial Head Official
Level Four
National Supervising Official (national championship)
Level Five
National Head Official (national championship)
